TG-A 4-axle half pipe tipper
 This
model of a 4-axle half pipe tipper is based on original Meiller
construction documents. All technical features are extremely well
suitable for heavy duty use. Intricate drive and suspension techniques
ensure heaviest cross-country suitability. All functions for driving,
working, lights and sounds are available and correspond with the
original vehicle.
The tipper body
of the vehicle shown is made of brass. The rounded form is achieved
through several bending procedures of the side panels and the floor.
Angle profiles on both sides soldered to floor and panels additionally
increase the stability of the tipper body. The swinging rear gate
is equipped with an automatic claw locking device ensuring perfect
unloading and subsequent safe locking. The round tipper body driven
by a telescoping stainless steel hydraulic cylinder is a true copy
of the original. The hydraulic components which are all made in
our factory ensure perfect functioning. Unloading of the filled
body presents no problems.
This model is
mounted on a stainless steel chassis with screwed cross beams. All
other components are as follows:
